Our franchise organization, Vital Partners, is seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team! Joining us means creating lasting impressions at key moments of the guest’s experience—entering and leaving the restaurant.
Responsibilities- Greets guests as they enter and offers a sincere, personal invitation to return as they leave.
- Offers assistance to any guest who may need help.
- Processes GC On the Go To-Go orders.
- Handles phone calls friendly and courteous.
- Handles payments accurately.
- Follows position responsibilities related to just‑in‑time delivery.
- Knows what is on the buffet each day and has full knowledge of menu and prices.
- Maintains organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
- May help ensure buffet is set up properly and labels are correct; cleans all buffets and surrounding areas.
- Follows local health department laws.
- Performs duty roster and ensures cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
- Informs the manager when drawer cash needs to be taken to the safe to reduce robbery risk.
- Ensures drawer balances with daily paperwork.
