Double Tree Cincinnati Airport is seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standard and presented in an attractive manner.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standard and presented in an attractive manner.
• Ensure that all food is stored, handled, and prepared in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time.

• Proven experience as a cook
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and methods
• Ability to follow recipes and menu specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent
