JOB SUMMARYThe Front of the House (FOH) Attendant will be responsible for the presentation, cleanliness, and client experience of the performance food service operation for the Cincinnati Reds baseball team.
Starting pay at $18/hour, based on experience
Seasonal Full-Time, Part-Time Positions Available Starting March 2026
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide "Best in Class" hospitality for our high-profile client, including excellent manners and interpersonal skills
- Stock, clean and manage Front of House and back storage areas; maintain excellent communication with Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef, and kitchen team
- Manage an exceptional visual presentation and cleanliness in food service area
- Make, package, rotate and stock Grab and Go fridge including smoothies on the menu
- Assist with product received and communicating with dock support logistics
- Receive, rotate and stock snacks and beverages
- Assist with Coffee Program, and coordinate placing orders through One Sixty Two
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including wiping tables, restocking caddies, pushing in chairs, etc.
- Create, print, and post signage/menus for the food service areas
- Sweep, mop, and scrub as needed, as well as clean floors, shelves, surfaces, equipment, etc.
- Check and refill all supplies that clients use daily
- Communicate dining room needs clearly and timely to Executive Sous Chef for orders
- Assist kitchen and BOH as needed, this may include prep work and dishwashing
- Cover and date food when storing it to ensure freshness and safety
- Ensure hot food temperatures are within safe range and record temps
- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience
- Previous experience working as a team in/with the kitchen
- Excellent hospitality skills, professional demeanor, and a service-first attitude
- Ability to anticipate client needs and fulfill them
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills
- Ability to perform the physical demands – Remain on your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check
- Food handlers certification
- A working knowledge of baseball preferred
- Able to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
- Your schedule will be built around the 2026 Cincinnati Reds home game schedule
- Ability to work long non-standard hours depending on the game times of MLB baseball
