Sushi by Bou Cincinnati invites passionate hospitality professionals to join our new location opening soon. As a Sushi Chef, you will craft nigiri, sashimi and hand rolls with precision, while guiding pacing for each seating and connecting with guests in a lively omakase setting.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sushi chef experience in omakase or fine dining, strong knife skills, knowledge of fish prep and a collaborative, guest-focused approach.
