We are looking for a motivated Prep Cook who wants to grow in a professional kitchen environment and contribute to a restaurant that values quality and tradition.### Position Responsibilities
* Assist in producing fresh, house-made pasta
* Follow recipes and kitchen standards consistently
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations
* Properly label, store, and rotate food products
* Assist line cooks and chefs during prep and service needs
* Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
* Help maintain a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment###

* Previous kitchen prep or restaurant experience preferred
* Experience making fresh pasta is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and consistency
* Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Weekend and evening availability preferred
