AE - Merchandise Leader; Part-Time

Job Description

Your role as Merchandise Leader is to support the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will execute floorsets, merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready. You bring attention to detail, passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to get the job done, while upholding company values.

• You support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets: drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are executed to Floorset standards (e.g., uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobers).
• Merchandising innovator: own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment; identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork: help the team understand how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store fresh.
• People focus: prioritize guest experience and foster a culture of recognition by celebrating team wins.
• Integrity and safety: maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; support shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products and have strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and time management.
• You have flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills with retail experience.
