Base pay range$18.00/hr – $25.00/hr
Responsibilities- Be a Team Member: collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians.
- Be an Expert: demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality; use Point of Sale systems and phone/in‑person selling techniques.
- Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems for immediate business decisions.
- Be an Owner: communicate equipment, tools, supplies needs to TBC Lead; track and monitor returns and special orders; operate cash registers, process transactions; maintain accurate inventory, audit safety, and comply with reporting; handle paperwork and logs.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: act as a brand advocate, model quality service, influence, and inspire teamwork; support training and break‑through solutions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics; implement Open Door policies; complete work assignments by using data and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners.
- Respect the Individual: embrace differences, create a culture of belonging, foster performance, and build strong relationships with energy and positivity.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 – $25.00 with the actual hourly rate equal or exceeding the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
