• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs such as customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to established safety, loss‑prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer‑focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift items weighing 15‑35 lbs. repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking and to work at heights greater than 4 feet using a ladder, aerial lifting device or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Targeted Pay Range: $12.50 – $19.50 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage in the job location. DICK'S Sporting Goods complies with all state paid‑leave requirements.
