Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (schedule may vary based on business needs)
Pay Rate: $29.00/hour
Contract Length: 12 months, with potential for extension

About the Role

Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a Cash Operations Specialist to join our client’s team! This is a physically active position requiring attention to detail, accountability, and adherence to strict operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cash handling and processing duties in a secure, controlled environment.
• Receive and verify currency using proprietary accounting systems.
• Follow established procedures to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with all operational, safety, and security requirements.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to ensure operational accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other online applications.
• Other Requirements:
  Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Reliable and punctual with good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Physical &

Work Environment Requirements

• Work performed primarily standing and walking in an enclosed, controlled environment.
• Repetitive lifting and movement of currency containers weighing over 30 pounds.
• Must be able to push and pull containers of moderate to heavy weight.
• Awareness of surroundings required due to frequent equipment and container movement.

Additional Information

• Two open positions available.
• Extensive background check and drug screening required prior to hire.
