As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions.

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products to focus on client interactions.
• Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients  financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
• Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; provide regular reports for management.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies; maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
• Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (we will assist with licensing).

• The base pay range is $65,000.00/yr - $/yr
• Additional compensation includes Annual Bonus and Commission
• Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly; residuals are paid on the client s sale anniversary date.
