Our Gear Guru sales team works exclusively with top production companies, consistently delivering record-breaking sales results. We are rapidly growing and need additional support to maintain structure and organization for our team as we continue to scale at speed.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales team’s growth and success. You’ll coach, motivate, and hold the team accountable to ambitious sales targets, while also setting the standard by demonstrating world-class sales techniques yourself.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll balance strategy, team development, and execution to ensure we keep hitting and surpassing revenue goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of high-performing sales reps.
  • Set, track, and maintain KPIs around call volumes, deal closings, and revenue growth.
  • Provide regular sales training, including closing techniques, value-based selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
  • Support team members in major deal negotiations, modeling best practices.
  • Identify and recruit top sales talent to grow the team.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, commissions, and team incentives.
  • Foster a high-energy, competitive, and supportive sales culture.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in sales management with a track record of leading teams to exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strong experience in B2B inside sales – preferably in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Exceptional coaching skills: you can train, motivate, and elevate both new and experienced salespeople.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales processes, KPIs, and pipeline management tools.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to teach and demonstrate them.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
