Inside Sales Representative
Machinery Parts Engineering company seeks Inside Sales Rep. in Cincinnati, OH area.
Salary Range: $60,000 ~ $85,000 + Commission
Hours:
9am - 6pm
- 1–3 years of experience in B to B Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Success, or similar role is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools (preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial products.
- Manage the first stage of all inbound and outbound inquiries and qualify potential opportunities.
- This is primarily an office-based role, but some travel is required.
- Trade shows approximately once per quarter.
- Occasional short trips within nearby states.
- Must be comfortable handling inquiries from serious industrial customers (precision manufacturing, electronics, printing, etc.).
- Must be able to work closely with the sales and marketing team in a fast-paced environment.
