Compensation

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $/yr

Up to $1,000 signing bonus. This role is structured as either a 1099 contractor with a competitive commission plan and bonus potential, or a W2 role for candidates seeking a path in management. Your actual pay will be based on skills and experience; talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with homeowners and drive sales in the field, including meeting with clients and presenting solutions.
  • Utilize a transparent commission structure with the potential for uncapped earnings and bonus opportunities.
  • Conduct door-to-door sales, respond to leads, and travel to various locations as needed.
  • Document roofing components, defects, and storm damage findings; stay updated with product information and industry changes.
  • Develop sales strategies, analyze data for trends, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Participate in proactive lead generation and referrals; provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
Requirements
  • Perform roof inspections and assess storm damage on exteriors.
  • Possess reliable transportation and engage in door-to-door sales.
  • Follow up on company-provided leads; cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
  • Stay informed about products and industry changes; provide customer service support.
  • Schedule:

    Monday to Friday; weekends as needed.
