Automotive Sales Specialist

As an Automotive Sales Specialist you will play a crucial role in our team by facilitating the sale of New and Pre‑owned vehicles to our customers. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car purchase process.

• Qualifies buyers by understanding buyers requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport. Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, taking test drives.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; delivers automobile.
• Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers.
• Must have good listening skills, verbal communication and telephone skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve.
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate with others
• Retail, Food Service, Realtor, Mobile Phone Sales, and Server candidates are encouraged to apply
