As an AT&T Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing targeted business sales campaigns with a focus on efficiency, professionalism, and results. With the guidance of our top AT&T Sales Specialists, you’ll gain hands‑on training in all aspects of B2B sales and client service delivery.
Responsibilities- Meet directly with local businesses to assess their current telecommunication services and present tailored AT&T solutions and upgrades.
- Build strong, professional relationships with decision‑makers, understanding their specific business needs and providing clear, effective solutions.
- Assist in executing business‑focused marketing and sales campaigns designed to increase AT&T’s brand presence and client base.
- Stay up to date on AT&T products, promotions, and service offerings to deliver knowledgeable recommendations.
- Handle client questions or concerns by offering alternative packages and solutions that align with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and outcomes to track progress and improve the sales process.
- Participate in daily AT&T Sales Specialist training and strategy sessions to develop sales, negotiation, and leadership skills with senior team members.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence business owners and decision‑makers.
- Proven active listening skills and the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Confidence in interacting with external business clients while representing AT&T with professionalism.
