Salesperson, Sales Representative

Arnold Printing is a family-owned business proudly serving Cincinnati since 1910. We’re known for our high-quality print work, attention to detail, and close-knit company culture. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our team and help expand our customer base.

The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and representing Arnold Printing’s products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm. Ideal candidates are self-starters who thrive on helping customers bring their ideas to life through print.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market
• Provide estimates, quotes, and job details to clients accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met
• Represent Arnold Printing at customer meetings and local events as needed
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer communications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to learn product details and production processes quickly
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Commission based pay with some established customers
• Full health insurance after 90 days
• 3 days of PTO upon hire
• 1 week of PTO after 1 year of employment
• 2 weeks of PTO after 5 years of employment
