Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where you deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

- You are the face of Cintas to our customers and work to build rapport with key decision makers
- Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
- Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
- Active driver’s license
- At least 21 years of age
- DOT medical certification and compliance with all DOT regulations for operating vehicles weighing over 10,000 lbs.
- Documentation of previous employment
- Physical ability to meet job requirements
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent military service
- Strong customer‑service orientation, self‑motivation, teamwork, positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit
