Role Overview

Full-time on-site role in Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. This Hospice Sales role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners, identifying and pursuing new referral sources, and promoting hospice services. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients and families, providing education on hospice care offerings, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. The position also includes conducting outreach activities, delivering presentations, and staying informed on industry trends to ensure high‑quality service delivery and a compassionate patient‑centered approach.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies to achieve targets and develop new opportunities
• Experience in training and sales management to onboard and guide team members effectively
• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Experience in the healthcare or hospice industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
