We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our Central Healthcare and N Central Mid‑Market Team. Report to the Sales Director for the Data Security team, partner with core reps as a specialist, and drive growth across the region.

• Build strong relationships at all levels to close deals.
• Expand Data Security footprint with existing customers.
• Penetrate net‑new accounts and deepen existing engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers to design account strategies and demos.
• Partner with channel organization to capture new market share.
• Enable core team through training, role plays, and territory support.

• Proven success selling to Strategic and Enterprise accounts.
• Experience with DLP, DSPM, CASB, ITM, or SSE/SASE.
• Strong presentation, discovery, and consultative selling skills.
• Comfortable in a matrix environment and trust‑building with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Technical curiosity and desire for deep product expertise.
• Account planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Track record exceeding sales goals.
• Passion for collaboration across all functions.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Clari, and related platforms.
