Position Overview:

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our vibrant team and propel the growth of our life insurance products. As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions.

This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
  • Client Consultation: Perform needs assessments to understand clients  financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options.
  • Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring to client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our life insurance offerings.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management.
  • Compliance: Ensure activities meet regulatory requirements and company policies, protect client information, and uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (assistance provided to acquire license).

Compensation:

  • The range is based on the average rep in current markets.
  • Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly.
