Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader with deep expertise in Sales and Commerce Transformation within Financial Services Industries (Banking, Capital Market and Insurance). This person will shape, sell and deliver sales & commerce transformations across go‑to‑market strategy, sales effectiveness, digital sales, CRM, cross/up‑sell, branch optimization, and marketplaces.
Responsibilities- Deliver profitable growth by bringing breadth and depth of expertise across sales and commerce.
- Implement and improve sales processes to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Act as a connector across sales, operations, technology, data and AI, understanding both direct and indirect channel selling motions.
- Evaluate clients’ current front‑sales and commerce functions and recommend tailored solutions.
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies; partner with ecosystem partners.
- Build strong client relationships with an advisory mindset.
- Identify new growth strategies, maximizing value through new routes to market, digital engagement, and advanced analytics.
- Analyze client landscapes to uncover market opportunities and thrive in the digital era.
- Create compelling value propositions, integrating digital and physical sales channels including agents, advisors and partners.
- Align and prioritize sales efforts to meet clients’ sales goals.
- Identify capability gaps and recommend optimization of workforce, productivity and customer strategy.
- Lead change‑management initiatives driving adoption and positioning clients for ongoing success.
- Establish long‑term client relationships and support business development efforts.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to Accenture’s thought‑leadership.
- At least 8 years of professional experience analyzing sales processes, using data analytics and leading partner/field sales execution.
- Experience with large transformation programs, partner development and high‑performing teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on large‑scale transformation initiatives focused on SaaS and CRM/CPQ/ICM applications.
- Hands‑on experience with , MS Dynamics and related CRM tools.
- Experience with channel partner compensation or incentives across cloud and on‑premises platforms.
- Minimum 4 years of consulting experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or business.
- Knowledge of industry trends for partner programs and platforms.
