Location:

Cincinnati, OH

Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year with increases and advancement opportunities available.

Travel: approximately 3 weeks of travel per year; travel pay and per diem offered. Must be able to travel with company‑provided hotels.

• Develop, grow, manage, and execute merchandising business for assigned geographic area
• Utilize a Plan‑O‑Gram to complete merchandising of existing in‑store products, including tagging, moving, rearranging on shelves, bins, coolers, or other store areas

• Minimum 18 years old with valid Real ‑verified driver’s license or passport for air travel and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Own or have access to a suitable personal vehicle (truck, van, SUV, or car capable of towing a trailer)
• High school diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prefer 3+ years in beverage (CSD/Beer) industry, including reset and merchandising of beverage coolers and center‑store products. Training available for suitable candidates
• Prior management and/or recruiting experience desired
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Smartphone capable of submitting payroll and reports; PC or laptop required
• Must be able to travel frequently as described above within assigned business unit or other MSCO territories
