Key Responsibilities
** As a
** Field Sales Manager**, you’ll play an important role in supporting the sales team. You’ll
** collaborate daily
** with the field force team, providing essential information and strategic guidance to drive performance. You’ll
** conduct regular field visits
** to ensure alignment, address challenges, and keep the team informed. Working closely with
** Key Account Managers**, you will support sales initiatives and optimize customer relationships. Strengthening
** distributor partnerships
** will be crucial to ensure smooth operations and business growth. You will also
** monitor market trends and insights**, gathering and analyzing field data to refine strategies and adjust priorities effectively.##
** What You’ll Be Doing
** Your day-to-day will involve a mix of
** strategic planning
** and
** hands-on leadership**. You’ll gain exposure to global sales processes and could be involved in impactful sales events and engagement initiatives.##
** Your Skill Set
** We’re looking for someone who is
** detail-oriented**,
** proactive**, and eager to learn. Ideal candidates should have a
** university degree
** in commercial, economic, or business studies, and possess a good knowledge of the
** FMCG market**. Proven experience in
** managing and leading large sales teams
** is essential. Fluency in
** English

** Greek
* * is required, along with proficiency in
** MS Office** (SAP knowledge is an advantage). A
** valid driver’s license
** is necessary to support regular field visits. Excellent
** communication and presentation skills**, strong

** are also key attributes for this role.
