Commercial Sales Representative - Cincinnati, OH

Job Purpose

In this role, you'll actively engage with new and existing customers to drive fiber adoption, increase revenue through upselling, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Generate leads and close sales through outbound calls, face-to-face meetings, and door-to-door prospecting
• Build and execute strategic sales plans to grow our fiber footprint and increase customer spend
• Partner with Solutions Engineers to design the best technical solutions for each customer
• Maintain an active sales funnel and report on pipeline progress to the Sales Manager
• Communicate value propositions clearly and consultatively to business decision-makers
• Be part of a positive, high-performing team that supports and motivates each other
• Stay on top of market trends and altafiber's evolving suite of services

• Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Preferred MBA

• 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a competitive B2B environment
• Knowledge of telecom services (data, voice, video, networking) preferred

• Strong consultative selling and customer engagement skills
• A self-motivated, resourceful attitude with a drive to exceed sales goals
• Excellent planning, communication, and time management abilities
