What You’ll Do- Follow up with warm, inbound leads
- Set and manage your own appointments from those leads
- Meet clients by appointment at our Design Center
- Guide homeowners through cabinet & counter top selections
- Build trust, handle objections, and close high-value projects
- Coordinate handoff with design and operations teams
- Sign‑on bonus of $5,000
- Minimum annual earnings of $65,000
- Top performers earn $114,000+
- Base salary + commission on revenue
- Commission paid bi‑weekly
- Warm leads provided — no cold calling
- No driving required
- 45‑hour workweek
