My client is a family-owned business located in Kansas City, MO and is looking to hire a sales representative to actively cultivate and build a new sales territory in your area by selling their original and unique fundraising product. This is a product that every household needs and uses on a daily basis, “Trash Bags”! They have been successfully selling trash bags to schools, sports teams, bands, dance studios, non-profits, etcetera for over 40 years, and have helped make millions of dollars in profits for these organizations.
They are searching for the right person to come on board and be a part of their thriving fundraising business.
The right person for this job will:
- Have experience selling fundraising products in similar markets, or solid experience in outside B2C sales.
- Be well connected in a coaching, teaching, PTA or administrative position within a school system and or athletic program.
- Understand the importance of raising money to fund travel, uniforms, musical or athletic equipment, playground equipment for all types of groups, including pre, elementary, and high schools, churches, dance studios, sports teams or any other organization in need of raising money.
- Have solid organizational skills to methodically and consistently make calls on prospective customers to build and maintain a Sales Pipeline.
They are looking for someone with a dynamic and outgoing personality that would like to help others reach their fundraising goals while making an exceptional living doing so. This position is a full-time career opportunity, with a base salary and commissions paid bi-weekly for each sale. A generous benefits package is also included, as well as paid expenses and vacation.
Salary Target is $50K
Commission $30K to $50K (current reps make over $100K)
Plus a car allowance
