Luxury Auto Dealer Sales Consultant

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-oriented Luxury Auto Dealer Sales Consultants to join our teams at both Camargo Cadillac & Cincinnati Cadillac - Joseph Group. This is a Full Time - sales job that requires an individual contributor role and offers compensation ranging from $80000 to $120000 per year, paid monthly. This position requires sales and customer service experience in the auto industry.

• Commission Sales with potential to earn 80,000- $120,000 per year.

• Handle customer inquiries and sales transactions with the highest level of customer service
• Assist in navigating customers to the best automotive solutions and building customer loyalty
• Research relevant information (e.g. vehicle features, financing options, warranties, etc.) to inform customers about product options
• Develop relationships with customers and close sales with each visit
• Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of new and existing inventory features
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain detailed customer records

• Automotive sales experience in a luxury dealership preferred or relevant sales/customer service
• A successful track record of exceeding sales goals
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve
• A friendly, upbeat, and confident personality
• Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems
