OverviewFull‑time, year‑round position with uncapped commissions. Base salary starts at $45,000 with potential to earn over $95,000 annually in salary plus commissions.

- Work as a member of the OPC team and share resources and knowledge across the company.
- Satisfy customers’ needs by providing individualized service and support.
- Minimum age 18.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of direct B2B sales experience required.
- 2 years of sales experience in home services preferred but not required.
- Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screen, criminal history, and motor vehicle background checks.
- Must be able to obtain an appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead, and inspect small spaces.
- Must be able to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments after training.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license throughout employment.
