The Sales Associate drives sales and delivers an elevated client experience at the Cincinnati outlet. The role includes clienteling, product and styling guidance, and supporting store operations.
Responsibilities- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
- Welcome clients, provide styling expertise and product knowledge, and build lasting client relationships.
- Capture client information, follow up on sales and inquiries, and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom while collaborating with colleagues and following company policies.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
