Respiratory Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Role Overview:
This position involves providing scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement to healthcare professionals supporting a biologic product. The role includes understanding reimbursement landscapes, delivering product education, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams.

• Support specialist customers with product information and therapeutic expertise in severe asthma.
• Identify resources for reimbursement and distribution, working within company guidelines.
• Develop and execute account-specific strategies for various healthcare providers.
• Maintain current knowledge of therapeutic areas and market data.
• Provide educational programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical, and payer teams to optimize customer engagement.
• Manage resources effectively and deliver excellent customer service.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and work collaboratively.
• Experience with primary care, specialty clinics, or hospital systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of managed care plans, insurance formularies, and prescription processes is advantageous.
