This is a real consultative sales seat at a Cincinnati-metro home services shop that's actively scaling. Half your pipeline is handed to you (yard signs, referrals, paid search); the other half you build by working the existing book. Average ticket is $4K–$15K, so close rate matters more than door count.

• Run 3–5 in-home estimates per day from the booked calendar
• Hold a 35%+ close rate on company-provided leads, 50%+ on self-gen referrals
• Self-source through neighborhood follow-ups, referral asks, and drop-bys on completed jobs
• Own the relationship from discovery through install handoff to subcontractor team

• Day 30:
  Released from shadow ramp, running independent estimates, first commission cleared.
• Month 6: 8–12 closes per month at the blended rate. ~$85K annualized.
• Year 1:
  Self-gen pipeline rivals company-provided. Top quartile clears $120K+.

• 2+ years of consultative sales — home services, solar, restoration, kitchen/bath remodel, similar
• Comfortable at the kitchen table. This is a relationship sale, not a script sale.

Most painting and drywall sales posts are pure commission-only with no lead support. This is base + commission, leads are real, the subcontractor labor on the back end is dialed, and the owner-operator runs the cadence weekly. You're not the only sales rep — there are two ahead of you to learn from — and the company is moving from $1.2M to $2M with the seat funded.
