Supply Chain Sales Executive

Our client provides domestic and international shipping solutions and are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team. The Supply Chain Sales Executive will work with companies to deliver supply chain solutions in a brokerage environment.

New college graduates obtaining a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Marketing, International Business, Sales, Psychology, or another related major are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Develop a firm understanding of the logistics industry through a 13-week training program.
• Graduate into the Sales Training Program, where you will spend the next 13 weeks honing your sales skills.
• Research leads, develop entrance strategies, and qualify prospects to generate new business partnerships that support individual and company profitability.
• Present transportation solutions to your customer base.
• Partner with businesses on transportation budgets to develop long-term relationships and build comprehensive transportation and supply chain solutions.
• Oversee carrier dispatch and accurately update loads within the transportation management system, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Maintain contact with the carrier base and communicate effectively with shippers and consignees regarding challenges or issues that may arise.
• Continuously develop carrier relationships to provide optimal customer solutions.
• Manage existing business accounts and consistently provide the highest level of customer service.
• Work in the office Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• A college degree emphasizing Supply Chain Management, Transportation and Logistics, Sales and Marketing, International Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Academic knowledge of freight brokerage, third-party logistics, transportation, logistics, supply chain management, marketing, business development, international business, import and export procedures, or related business subjects is preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience is required.
• One year of freight brokerage or transportation experience is a plus.
