Retail Account Manager

There is a big difference between simply selling a product and becoming someone customers trust to help them make a decision.

We’re looking for a Retail Account Manager who can do the second.

In this position, you’ll represent our clients within established retail environments, working directly with customers to understand their needs and introduce relevant products, services, and promotional offers.

This is an active, customer-facing role centered around consultative sales, account support, relationship building, and brand representation.

You’ll take ownership of the customer experience from the initial conversation through the completed sale.

That includes identifying customer needs, presenting available solutions, answering questions, comparing options, explaining promotions, completing sales, and ensuring each interaction reflects the standards of the brands we represent.

You’ll also work closely with your team to understand sales trends, improve customer engagement, and support the overall performance of your assigned retail campaign.

We want our team members to understand why successful sales strategies work, not simply memorize a script.

You’ll receive ongoing coaching and mentorship focused on:

As your experience grows, you may have opportunities to expand your responsibilities through campaign management, team mentorship, training, client support, and leadership development.

This position offers guaranteed base pay plus commission , combining consistent compensation with additional earning potential tied to individual performance.

Previous sales experience can be helpful, but we’re equally interested in your ability to communicate, learn, take ownership, and work professionally with customers.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, goal-oriented, comfortable working face-to-face, receptive to coaching, and interested in developing a stronger understanding of sales and business.
