The Sales & Account Lead owns wholesale growth for LEMI
· LEE across the greater Cincinnati region. You will open new doors, deepen existing partnerships, and represent the brand to cafes, restaurants, grocers, and specialty retailers.
- Prospect and open new wholesale accounts across the region
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to close
- Support existing accounts with reorders, merchandising, and events
- Coordinate delivery logistics with the operations team
- Track pipeline, revenue, and account performance
- 1–3 years of sales, account management, or hospitality experience
- Strong communication skills and comfort with cold outreach
- Self-directed, organized, and driven by targets
- Familiarity with the Cincinnati food and beverage scene a plus
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation
- Base pay plus performance commission
- Own a growing territory with real upside
- Direct access to founders and product decisions
- Company support, samples, and marketing collateral
