Kinnetic Marketing is looking for confident, motivated people to join the team as Customer Sales Associates
.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll learn how to understand what customers need, communicate solutions clearly, build relationships, and develop practical sales skills.

Previous sales experience isn't required. Full paid training is provided.

You'll spend your day speaking directly with customers — starting conversations, asking the right questions, and helping people find suitable solutions.

You'll also:

• Learn product and service information
• Answer customer questions clearly and professionally
• Build positive customer relationships
• Support customer service and sales activity
• Follow up with customers where needed
• Keep customer information organized
• Work alongside the wider team toward shared goals

Maybe you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, sales, or another role where you dealt with people every day.

Or maybe you're looking for your first opportunity to build those skills professionally.

Either way, we're looking for someone who is reliable, confident in communicating, willing to learn, and motivated to develop.

You don't need a degree or previous sales experience.
