Your mission is to connect clients with our 12-month Wellness Program, ensuring they have a long-term roadmap to feeling their best.

- Recommendation Based Selling:
Act as a Wellness Advocate, educating clients on why a 12-month Wellness Program is the best investment in their long-term health based on their true need and "why" they need self-care. - Exceed Goals:
Drive clinic growth by hitting membership sales targets and maximizing Gift Card Promotions and Retail opportunities. - Client Advocacy:
Build "wellness blueprints" for guests, rebooking them for future sessions, recommending service enhancements and home-care products to extend their results. - Relationship Management:
Manage the "front of house" energy, ensuring every Service Recipient feels the red carpet experience, is heard, understood and every lead is followed up on via phone and email.
- Sales Mindset:
Previous Sales experience is preferred; you love hitting targets and helping people feel and look their best. - Relationship Builder:
Great people skills with the ability to turn a first-time guest into a long-term member. - Critical Thinker:
Excellent math and computer skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Wellness Enthusiast:
Genuine supporter of total body care with knowledge of massage and skincare services is preferred.

Schedule:
- Availability:
Full-Time(25-38hrs) and Part-Time(15-24hrs) positions available. - Hours:
Monday to Friday, Weekends, and Holidays. One evening and weekend shift is required.
