Territory Manager - Southern

As a Territory Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, traveling within your assigned territory to build strong relationships with independent agencies. Your mission will be to drive sales growth, increase market share, and leave a lasting impact on the insurance landscape. Each day at Assurance America is different, but as a Territory Manager in Sales, you will:

• Travel within your designated territory to meet with independent agencies and foster strong relationships.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing existing accounts.
• Provide training and support to agency partners, helping them understand our products, services, and value proposition.
• Represent Assurance America at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and influence.
• Desires to be in tactical, B2B, in-person sales role.
• Can gather and analyze data skillfully to interact with accounts and associates of all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to travel.
