Work with third-party financing partners to secure credit approvals and resolve outstanding requirements.

Coordinate Contracts & Customer Agreements

Prepare, review, and administer commercial lease agreements and supporting documentation.

Partner with customers, financing partners, and legal teams to negotiate and finalize contract terms.

Ensure all required approvals and documentation are completed before equipment is released.

Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and leasing records.

Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the leasing process.

Monitor lease expirations and equipment replacement timelines to identify future sales opportunities.

Take ownership of challenges and work proactively to keep transactions on track.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in equipment leasing, commercial financing, contract administration, material handling, or a related industry.

Experience working with lease structures, financing programs, and credit approval processes.
