Remote, near a major airport in OH, PA, NJ, or DC
$80K-$90K base + uncapped commission (~$150K OTE year one)

The CompanyWeave Talent Partners is hiring for an established, growing fintech company. Its platform covers payments, customer financing, and loyalty for businesses in the automotive and tire space.
The RoleYou’ll own a multi-state territory selling to regional tire dealers: larger operators with a few locations up to 25-30 stores. These are enterprise-style deals with owners and executives, not walk-in sales. You’ll inherit a book of strategic accounts, but the main focus is new business, and most of your pipeline will be self-sourced.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and close new regional tire dealers across your territory
- Run multi-stakeholder sales cycles and get to owners and the C-suite
- Read merchant processing statements and build pricing proposals
- Split your time between account research weeks and in-market meeting weeks
- Grow your existing accounts through regular check-ins and QBRs
- $80K-$90K base plus uncapped commission, about $150K OTE in year one
- Strong multipliers on new business, so top performers earn well beyond OTE
- Full onboarding on payments, the product, and the sales motion
- Hands-on leadership and product specialists to help you close
- Full benefits, 401(k), and PTO
- Tire industry experience or relationships with tire dealers or distributors (the biggest differentiator)
- 3+ years of sales with a degree, or 7+ years without; enterprise or national accounts experience preferred
- A hunter who can build pipeline from scratch
- Comfort with numbers; payments experience is a plus
- Lives within an hour of a major airport in OH, PA, NJ, or DC
- U.S. work authorization without sponsorship
