** Position Summary*
* We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Laboratory Technician I to support daily operations in a regulated pharmaceutical laboratory environment. This hands-on role focuses on laboratory glassware cleaning, waste management, supply organization, and maintaining clean, safe, and orderly work areas.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and able to follow established procedures while supporting laboratory personnel in a fast-paced environment. Previous laboratory experience is preferred but not required.

** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Laboratory Glassware Cleaning*
* + Collect and transport used laboratory glassware to designated washing areas.

+ Wash, rinse, dry, inspect, and store glassware according to approved procedures.

+ Operate laboratory glassware washers and related cleaning equipment.

+ Maintain separation of clean and used glassware to prevent contamination.

+ Identify damaged glassware and remove unsuitable items from service.

+ Keep washing, drying, and storage areas clean and organized.

** Laboratory Waste Management*
* + Collect, segregate, label, and transfer laboratory waste according to site procedures.

+ Maintain properly identified waste containers and designated accumulation areas.

+ Report full containers, spills, damaged containers, and other safety concerns promptly.

+ Follow applicable waste-handling and environmental safety requirements.

** General Laboratory Support*
* + Maintain laboratory supplies and prepare glassware for laboratory personnel.

+ Complete assigned documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

+ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices, and applicable safety requirements.

+ Maintain required training and compliance records.

+ Communicate equipment, supply, and operational issues to laboratory supervision.

** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Previous experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse, environmental services, or similar environment preferred.

+ Familiarity with GMP, laboratory procedures, or regulated work environments is an advantage.

+ Ability to follow written procedures and safety instructions consistently.

+ Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

+ Basic computer skills and effective communication abilities.

+ Ability to work independently while supporting multiple laboratory teams.

** Physical & Safety Requirements*
* + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

+ Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed.

+ Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials weighing approximately 10-50 pounds.

+ Comfortable handling laboratory glassware, cleaning agents, and appropriately contained laboratory waste.

+ Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, protective gloves, laboratory coats, safety footwear, and other equipment as required.

** Additional Information*
* This is a contingent worker assignment supporting laboratory operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Candidates must meet applicable work-authorization and pre-assignment screening requirements.

** Compensation:**  $22-$24 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.

** Pay Details:**  $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
