Security Guard – 3rd Shift (Maple Knoll Village)
Base Pay: $15.50/hr (shift differential included). Pay based on applicable experience.
Location: Springdale, OH, Maple Knoll Village, a continuing care retirement community.
Schedule: Full‑time, 12:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m., 3rd shift. Must work every weekend, alternate holidays, and overtime as needed. Valid driver’s license required.
Core Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and respond to emergencies.
- Coordinate emergency response and conduct fire and emergency drills.
- Ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Conduct vehicle‑based and on‑foot patrols, requiring extensive walking throughout the shift.
- Provide customer‑centric support with empathy, quality, and dependability.
