• Assist with supervising maintenance staff, including coordinating, training, performance monitoring, approving time records and ensuring accuracy.
• Help schedule and oversee daily maintenance operations: work orders, repairs, preventive maintenance, etc.
• Conduct repairs, respond to breakdowns, and work on installation projects as assigned by the maintenance supervisor.
• Track progress of maintenance work orders; ensure repair tasks are prioritized and completed in an order that meets the plants objectives by maintaining uptime.
• Assist with inventory management of maintenance supplies and parts; make purchases / requisitions as needed. Manages companies’ funds responsibly with integrity.
• Conduct inspections of property / equipment; maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Participate in after-hours / on-call maintenance or emergency repair work.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations and company policies.
• Must have a driver’s license to run errands locally as needed. (minimal)
• Not opposed to confined space entries performed as required by OSHA standards
