PositionMaintenance Technician
LocationThe Estates at Fernview & Indian Creek Apartments (Hamilton County, OH)
ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an on‑call rotation every fifth week
Pay Rate$25‑$27/hour based on experience and qualifications, plus on‑call bonuses, commissions, and incentives
Make an ImpactThis role supports two Towne communities, working two days per week at The Estates at Fernview and the remaining days at Indian Creek. You’ll be part of a collaborative maintenance team focused on keeping both properties safe, functional, and beautifully maintained.
Responsibilities- Perform repairs and upkeep in HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, carpentry, lighting, pool maintenance, grounds, and apartment turnovers
- Complete resident work orders promptly with a focus on quality and professionalism
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing lines, appliances, and pool equipment
- Respond to after‑hours emergencies as part of the on‑call rotation
- Maintain common areas and amenities to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Qualifications- 1 year of experience in multi‑family residential maintenance
- Hands‑on HVAC experience preferred (EPA certification a plus)
- Proficient in appliance repair, including stoves, refrigerators, and laundry equipment
- Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, apartment turnovers, grounds maintenance, and lighting
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional, positive attitude
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain high‑quality results
- Detail‑oriented, dependable, and comfortable using smartphones and basic computer tools
- Must own basic hand tools
- Hold a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position
