Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of roofing systems to identify and assess problems.
- Perform repairs on various types of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal, and flat roofing systems.
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of repairs and ongoing maintenance tips.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of safety on the job site by following company protocols and best practices.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials and ensure their proper use and upkeep.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in roofing and home repair fields.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to perform manual labor and work at heights safely.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
