Fire Alarm System Inspector

Hourly-Full-Time - $19.00-$27.00

As a fire alarm system inspector, you will be responsible for completing service requests at various locations throughout your territory. You will ensure jobs are completed satisfactorily while providing courteous and professional service to customers. Dependability, a self-starting attitude, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment are essential.

• Operate basic hand tools for mechanical and electrical devices
• Use email, text, and call management software for communication
• Verify work completion, complete paperwork, and meet all job requirements
• Create routes, maps, and communicate job requirements to technicians
• Receive on-the-job and classroom training

• Full-time, 40+ hours weekly
• Meet service calls efficiently
• Identify emergencies and respond promptly
• Utilize maps and Google Maps for scheduling

• Manage incoming calls and document service calls thoroughly
• Perform other duties as needed

• NICET Level I or II preferred
• Basic computer/tablet skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Availability to work M-F 8:00 a.m.
  
  -5:00 p.m. and be on-call for after-hours support
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Lift objects up to 50 lbs. and use an 8-ft ladder
• Electrical/low voltage certification or construction background a plus
• Travel: 100% with reimbursement
