Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

• Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers. (i.e. demo, setting and monitoring equipment, etc.)

  Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Technician. Salary increases as the ability to perform water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added.)
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED) and 6 (six) months to three (3) years of Water Damage Restoration experience.

  Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.

  Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
