Audio/Video Service Technicians (low voltage) – IC

$19.00/hr – $36.00/hr

• Run day‑to‑day operations on job sites and program CCTV, access control, and security systems for corporations, educational facilities, museums, municipalities, and houses of worship.
• Work independently under the direction of a Department Manager.
• Troubleshoot systems that are not working correctly and provide necessary repairs to correct deficiencies.
• Terminate and install devices, headend, and program various access control, CCTV, and security systems.

• Strong knowledge and experience servicing surveillance systems (IP and analog).
• Experience with AMAG or other access control software systems.
• Strong customer service skills and past customer service experience.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience or skills in sales.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Reliable, on time, a team player, quality minded, and detail oriented.

• 5+ years of experience in low voltage, AV, security, access control, intrusion, and surveillance industries.
• 2–4 year technical degree or vocational certification is preferred.
