Haven Services / Jon Le Heating and Cooling is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We are proud to deliver award-winning heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in preventative care, system performance, and outstanding customer service.

This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy preventative maintenance, building customer relationships, and ensuring systems operate at peak performance year-round.

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Inspect, clean, test, and adjust system components for optimal performance and efficiency
• Identify potential issues and recommend repairs or system upgrades
• Replace filters, belts, capacitors, contractors, and other common maintenance parts
• Perform system performance testing and safety checks
• Maintain accurate service documentation and maintenance records
• Communicate findings clearly with customers and team members
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and industry regulations
• Deliver professional, friendly, and high-quality customer service
