• Perform on‑site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non‑complex products and problems, referring more complex issues to higher level technicians.
• Use experience and technical skills to determine service requirements and advise manager of preventive maintenance inspections and corrective actions.
• Work in a team‑based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety measures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including overtime, on‑call, and weekend work as required.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2‑6 years hands‑on commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification – Type I & II or Universal (required).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
• Excellent customer‑service skills.
• Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork.
• Works independently, self‑schedules and completes tasks within time constraints.
• Self‑motivated, thrives with minimum supervision.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Accepts periodic on‑call service coverage and occasional travel.

• Lift up to 75 lbs. in total, including 25 lbs at shoulder and overhead.
• Push/pull wheeled cart up to 150 lbs.
• Climb ladder and work at heights, access rooftops via fixed/extension ladder.
• Load and unload tools/equipment from work van; tandem lift up to 125 lbs.

This hourly, non‑exempt role offers a salary range of $39,000–$77,000 annually, determined by geography, performance, experience, and qualifications. Overtime is available for work beyond 40 hours per week or as required.
