- Earning Potential: $55,000 - $100,000+ per year (based on experience and performance)

- Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems, including faucets, fixtures, shower valves, water heaters, softeners, and sump pumps
- Perform professional drain cleaning using proper techniques
- Guide customers to make informed and confident buying decisions
- Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and professionalism

Requirements What We’re Looking For:- 4-5 years of experience as a lead plumbing technician (required)
- Service Titan experience (preferred but not required)
- A professional, positive, and energetic attitude
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Honesty, dependability, and a commitment to customer service
